Dos and Donts of making website

No “web” in your website

When visitors are deeply engrossed in browsing your site, they know which part of the site they are in at that moment. They should also know how they came and what is the way to browse for similar articles. That way, they will be able to browse relevant information or navigate to any section of the site easily. Don’t confuse your visitors. The reason why many apps are successful today is because they have a very clean and easy browsing.

Bye Bye Spam and bots

[MOST IMPORTANT] The day your website is on the radar of spammers or bots, this is the early “blood report” stating that the cancer is about to spread. If you are too late, most likely you have gone broke! Google hates sites affected by spams and bots. Your rankings will go down which means less traffic. The comments and contents will have spammy or abusive links or texts which means that many genuine visitors will kiss your website a good bye.

If still you are not convinced, let us look at some of the mega success sites which have gone from multi-million hits to few thousand hits. And this will tell you that you should stop everything and focus on your website security. There are many wordpress plugins which protects the website. Some of them are Wordfence, iThemes and WP Site Guardian 100.
