Dos and Donts of making website

Never ever, and we mean never ever, add an audio on your website or page. At least, they should not start by default. An annoyed customer may NEVER return to your website! You never know in what situation your visitor has opened the site. A visitor might be sitting in office or in hospital or checking your website in night when everyone is sleeping in house. Imagine if all of a sudden there is a music being played.

Too many Banner Advertisements

Even those who use less of Internet, have trained themselves to ignore banner advertisements. They know ads are distracting them and tend to roll eyes only on content. Also, research has proved that many people have now turned “banner blind”. So they do not “see” or “feel” the banner. Hence you will be wasting valuable website real estate if you are having too much of banners. The better way is to provide more valuable and rich content and add relevant affiliate links into your content. This will prompt your visitors to buy instead of being pushed to buy.
